3. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

The minimum deposit amount for a baji partner account is ৳500. Currently accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). Funds must be sent only from the registered account holder's own payment account.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. This time may increase if identity verification or other security checks are required.

3.3 Deposit and Withdrawal Conditions

• There must be a sufficient balance in the account to make a withdrawal.

• The same payment method used for the deposit must be used for the withdrawal.

4. Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. To withdraw the bonus amount, a wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus amount must be met. Example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000, with a wagering requirement of ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000.

It is important to read the individual terms of each promotion carefully before claiming a bonus. baji partner reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotion.

4.2 Weekly and Monthly Offers

The weekly reload bonus offers up to 30% bonus up to ৳6,000, with 18x wagering. The Friday special offer provides up to 40% bonus up to ৳8,000, with 15x wagering. The slots festival bonus offers up to 50% bonus up to ৳5,000, with 20x wagering. Each offer has specific eligibility conditions and requires a minimum deposit of ৳500.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

In cases of bonus abuse, collecting bonuses through multiple accounts, or any fraudulent activity, baji partner may cancel the bonus and suspend or close the account.

5. Betting Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

A bet is only considered valid once the system confirms it and the relevant amount is deducted from your balance. If a bet is not confirmed due to a technical error or disconnection, baji partner may consider that bet void.

If incorrect odds are offered in determining the result of a match or event, or if an event is postponed or cancelled, baji partner reserves the right to cancel the relevant bets and return the stake.

5.2 Maximum Win Limits

Limits may be applied to a single bet or to total winnings over a specific period. These limits may vary depending on the game type and account history. baji partner is the final authority on such decisions.

5.3 Live Betting

Odds change rapidly in live or in-play betting. baji partner reserves the right to accept or decline any bet depending on how the match is progressing. A bet cannot be considered final until it is confirmed.

6. VIP and Cashback Program

baji partner's VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier: up to 0.3% at Bronze, up to 0.6% at Silver, up to 0.9% at Gold, and up to 1.2% at Platinum. Cashback is calculated at the applicable rate on the week's net loss (total losses minus total winnings).

VIP tier changes are based on gaming activity. A tier may be downgraded if there is insufficient activity within a given period. Cashback is generally credited to the account each week, and specific conditions may apply before it can be withdrawn.

7. Responsible Conduct and Prohibited Activities

7.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the baji partner platform:

• Depositing or transacting funds from illegal sources.
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Placing bets using software bots, automation, or artificial means.

10.2 Member's Rights

You may also request to close your own account at any time through our support team. Any balance remaining at the time of closure (subject to validity and fulfilment of bonus conditions) will be returned.

11. Limitations of Liability

baji partner is not liable for financial losses arising from gaming activity. Game outcomes are entirely dependent on chance and no specific result can be guaranteed. The member is solely responsible for their own betting and gaming activity.

baji partner bears limited liability for losses caused by technical errors, server outages, internet connection issues, or any other technical reason. In such cases, generally only the stake is returned.

12. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint about any transaction or game result, you must notify the support team in writing within 30 days of the relevant incident. Complaints submitted after this period will generally not be accepted.
